A perfect way of including a small gift inside a greeting card.  Each card has a traditional Japanese paper balloon inside which corresponds to the character on the front.

Each balloon comes flat; to use, simply blow in the hole which will force the balloon to expand, inflate and form into its circular shape character. The balloons can be flattened and blown up over and over again. Great for party bags, small gifts, stockings and as hanging decorations in bedrooms and nurseries.
